  • 1 cup Blueberries Fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 cup Water

Preparation Steps

  • Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  • Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids. Discard solids.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
