Preparation Steps
Combine blueberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes, or until slightly thickened.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Strain syrup through a fine-mesh sieve to remove solids. Discard solids.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
