  • 1.5 cups All-Purpose Flour Heat-treated
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 0.75 cup Chocolate Chips

Preparation Steps

  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Gradually add the heat-treated flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  • Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough reaches your desired consistency.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Enjoy immediately or chill for later!

Notes

For best results, heat-treat the flour before using. Spread the flour on a baking sheet and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 5 minutes, or microwave in 30-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (74°C).
