  • 0.5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1.25 cups Buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Funfetti Sprinkles

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  • Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  • Gently fold in the funfetti sprinkles.
  • Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
