Preparation Steps
Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Optional additions: Add nuts, dried fruits, or sprinkles to the fudge before refrigerating.
