Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in cold butter using a pastry blender or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in heavy cream until just combined. Do not overmix.
Drop by rounded tablespoons into muffin tin.
Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before removing from muffin tin.
Top with fresh berries and whipped cream.
