  • 1 cup Orange juice
  • 0.5 cup Soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 cup Cooked rice

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook chicken and slice it.
  • Combine orange juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, and cornstarch in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the sliced chicken to the sauce and mix well.
  • Pour the chicken mixture over cooked rice in a casserole dish.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
