  • 1 cup Milk Any type of milk
  • 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree Not pumpkin pie filling
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar Or sweetener of choice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 cup Strong Brewed Coffee Or 2 shots of espresso

Instructions
 

Preparation Steps

  • Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
  • Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until frothy. You can also use a milk frother.
  • Pour coffee or espresso into a mug and top with the milk mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
