Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Milk Any type of milk
- 2 tablespoons Pumpkin Puree Not pumpkin pie filling
- 2 tablespoons Sugar Or sweetener of choice
- 0.5 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 0.25 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 0.5 cup Strong Brewed Coffee Or 2 shots of espresso
Preparation Steps
Combine milk, pumpkin puree, sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract in a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil.
Remove from heat and whisk vigorously until frothy. You can also use a milk frother.
Pour coffee or espresso into a mug and top with the milk mixture. Garnish with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
