Instructions
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
Layer the tomato slices in the pie crust.
In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, basil, chives, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cheese mixture over the tomato slices.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is set.
Let cool slightly before serving.
